Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This page explains what we collect when you use our website, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We are a small family-run dog boarding business in Aurora, Colorado — we collect only what we need to take care of your dog.
Information you give us directly
When you send a booking request or a question through our website, you tell us your name, phone number, email address, your dog's name, the dates you need, and any notes you add. We use that information to reply to you, confirm the stay, and care for your dog. We do not sell it.
If you send us a signed boarding agreement, we keep that document on file for your visit and for our own records.
Ad measurement cookies
To find out whether our advertising is reaching the right people, we use Google Ads conversion tracking, run by Google LLC. This places a cookie on your browser and records which page you came from, which ad you clicked, and whether you went on to send a booking request or tapped our phone number. It is used for two purposes only: measuring how our ads perform, and helping Google show our ads to people likely to book a stay.
It does not collect your name, phone number, or email address, and it is not used to identify you personally. The information is shared with Google LLC as the platform running the measurement.
In regions whose privacy laws require your permission first — the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland — nothing is recorded until you click Accept on the cookie notice. Declining, or never seeing the notice because you are elsewhere, does not stop you from booking; ad clicks and page visits are still counted, but the cookie-based details are not.
You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Your choice applies to this browser on this device.
How long we keep things
Booking requests and agreements stay in our records so we can look after returning guests and their dogs. Consent choices are remembered in your browser until you change them.
Who else sees your information
Our website is hosted so it can load quickly for you, and our email is delivered through standard services. We do not share your information for anyone else's marketing.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to correct or delete the information you have given us, and you can change or withdraw your cookie choice whenever you like. Just email or call us and we will take care of it.
